there's reall yno way to PREVENT it. but u can get rid of it. and to answer ur 1st question, no woman is 100% estrogen, which means since there is a little testosterone in all of us, we grow facial hair. some more than others, a lot of it depends on genetics and/or ethnicity

Agreed with ms colada, but also would like to add that it might be PCOS, and that is treatable... but, the hair the person has is there to stay unless laser or electrolysis helps.

I'd suggest the woman see a gynecologist for hormone testing and perhaps some med help.
