I love this question!
THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO TO MAKE YOUR HAIR GROW BACK THICKER!
The reason it may SEEM like your hair is growing back thicker would be if you shave it off. If you shave a hair off you are cutting it in the middle of the hair shaft. When it grows back your new hair will be as thick as your hair shaft is. If you pull it out (wax, pluck...) you will have to regenerate a whole new hair, and the new hair is tapered at the end, so it will not look AS thick. But in all actuality, it is the same thickness.

I've never tried it, but I know many who have tried bleaching their facial hair. If you're caucasian it's probably the best bet. Waxing is good too, but it's hard to keep up with and expensive. And keep in mind that the hair has to grow back to a certain point to wax it again. Prickly kisses are no good.

wax it...Dont use any of those face creams.. My friend used Nair face hair cream, and got 3rd degree burn from it.... Waxing is safest
