depends how old your are and what your genetics are. Its all about puberty. Some people may not have facial hair until they are in college while others already have when they are a frosh in high school. I wouldn't worry about it unless your are 30 years old. Give it some time and then you will get it. I have the same problem but its coming. From one baby face to another, good luck!

if you shave what you do have,it will grow back thicker and more noticeable over time.as to why,could be age,genetics etc.
