I sell home remodeling... windows and siding to people in their homes who have made appointments with the company I work for.
I was wondering if a little stubble will affect my sales rates since I go to Harley rallys and stuff and nobody rides a Harley looking all clean cut and shaven... I work Tuesday through Saturday and was thinking that I would shave on Thursday and not on Friday or Saturday so I've got some growth for the weekend...
Will a couple days growth of facial hair affect my sales closing rates?
are you a woman?

I saw a guy earlier this week with some growth of stubble, I can't remember where -but all I remember is the stubble! Funny you should mention it. I suppose most people will get over it if you really emphasize the features of the products you are selling. :)
Personally, I would not penalize a salesperson for his facial hair. If he's clean and smiles..and has fresh breath... and knows his stuff (without being arrogant) then I will give his sales pitch the attention it deserves.

I think some younger people like the stubble look, but most older people don't. It looks like the man isn't well groomed. It can put people off. Your call.

I can't give you any advice on your Harley rallies, but if you are meeting with anyone who is older (over 40 or 45), going to an appointment with any kind of stubble looks dirty and is interpreted as disrespectful. (But thanks for the information about no one riding a Harley looking clean cut and shaven -- now I know why I don't care for bikers -- they're DIRTY !!!!!! )
(Whatever happened to looking in the mirror before leaving the house, to see if you look clean, neat, and respectable ?)
